In anticipation of my blog housecleaning I decided to take a look at options for WordPress widget management. I have decided to delete widgets from my sidebar or move them to other pages. I didn’t want to do any coding that might break in future versions of WordPress. After some research and I found the JAW Duplicate Widgets plugin that allows you to assign widgets to sidebars on different pages. I also found Lance Hoff’s improvements to the JAW plugin.
Is anyone using either of these? Are there other ways to assign widgets to individual pages?

I’m using lancelhoff’s upgraded version with good luck.
Mark you should check out Total Widget Control. It is a pretty sweet system that allows a number of things in addition to the ability to add widgets to any combination of pages, posts, etc. It also lets you set future publish dates, widget styles, accessibility, etc.
